From two kids going to the same youth group to two old friends bumping into each other at the grocery store many years later. They started talking that day and haven’t stopped since and now they will for the rest of their lives. This is probably one of the cutest “meet cutes” (as Ryan says) I have ever heard. I won’t go into too much detail or else it may take longer than a couple paragraph blog post. But trust me, Dawn + Ryan’s meet cute is pretty dang cute. I was also pretty dang excited to be apart of celebrating the next chapter of their sweet love story with their families. Not only did two wonderful people become one, but two families also blended and became one at the Mackey wedding in Tucson, AZ.

If you saw anything on my social media in the past few weeks, you’ve seen how obsessed I am with this absolutely beautiful wedding. How could I not be, not only are Dawn + Ryan adorable but the Arizona landscape is like no other. The mountains set as a backdrop for the ceremony had my jaw dropped, quite literally. Not to mention the stunning views of the sunset and saguaros at the top of a tee at Ventana Canyon Club & Lodge. The intimate husband and wife portraits couldn’t have been any better! I can see why they have one of the most photographed tees in golf magazines. This definitely isn’t the last you’ll be seeing of Arizona in my content!

Thank you SO much for giving me the honor of being part of your special day! It was so wonderful getting to celebrate your families. Thank you for letting me love on you and loving on me as well! It was so cool to witness how the Lord truly provided you for each other in His own timing. From the bit of time I got to spend with y’all and getting to know you before we got to meet in person, I can tell that you both are so good for each other and such good parents. You and your kids are all so blessed! I hope that this isn’t the last time I get to celebrate you guys (especially in some sunshine, haha)! I’m so excited to share even more photos from your special wedding day!
